I'm Rachel, mum of 3, living in a little village in the UK, with my kids, husband, dogs, cats and rabbit. I'm an ex digital marketer and 'mummy' lifestyle content creator. I am also a yoga teacher and a holistic coach.
I have had my own struggles - and since dedicating my life to a (far from perfect) healing patchwork 4 years ago my passion now is to help women, especially mums, recover from similar things and find their own serenity.
